Dyve is Trinidad & Tobago’s first curated, premium-quality directory and discovery platform designed to highlight exceptional local businesses. From restaurants and boutiques to wellness studios, hotels, salons, and more — Dyve helps you find trusted, verified businesses that deliver outstanding products, service, and experiences.

2. Why did Dyve start in the North/West of Trinidad?

Dyve was created in the north where our team is based, so naturally many of our early relationships and verified features began there. But Dyve is not a “north-only” directory — our mission is to spotlight the best businesses from all across Trinidad & Tobago.

As we grow, we’re actively expanding to Central, South, East, Tobago, and everywhere in between.

3. Do you only feature high-end businesses?

 

We feature high-quality businesses — not necessarily “high-priced.”

Our focus is on companies that offer great service, great value, and consistently positive customer experiences.

4. How do businesses get selected for Dyve?

Every business goes through a light vetting process that looks at:

  • Customer service

  • Product/service quality

  • Professionalism

  • Consistency

  • Transparency

  • Cleanliness/safety (where applicable)

Only businesses that meet our standards are listed with a Dyve Verified badge.

5. What if a business is promising but doesn’t fully meet the criteria yet?

We believe in growth. These businesses can still be considered for future features once improvements are made.

Our goal isn’t to exclude — it’s to raise the bar and inspire better service nationwide.

6. Is there a cost to be listed on Dyve?

​

Yes. Dyve offers multiple listing packages with added marketing features such as:

  • Priority placement

Packages are tailored to businesses of different sizes and goals.

7. How often is Dyve updated?

We’re constantly adding new businesses, updating information, refreshing photography, and highlighting specials and new arrivals.

8. How can a business apply to join Dyve?

​

Businesses can apply directly through our website by completing the short onboarding form.

A team member will review the application, follow up with questions, and confirm whether the business qualifies for a Dyve listing.

9. Does Dyve do reviews?

​

Yes — but responsibly.

We rely on a combination of in-person experiences, customer feedback, and brand audits. Our focus is on honest, balanced insights that highlight strengths while encouraging improvement.

10. Can Dyve help new or smaller businesses grow?

​

Absolutely.

Dyve was built to help rising businesses stand out in a crowded market, offering them access to high-quality marketing, brand visibility, and a trusted directory where consumers discover the best.

11. Is Dyve available in Tobago?

​

Yes — we welcome T&T businesses and are actively expanding our presence in Tobago. Applications from Tobago businesses are open and encouraged.
