Our Team
Behind Dyve is a small but passionate team of creatives, strategists, and storytellers who share one vision — to raise the standard for local business and help people rediscover the beauty of what’s right here at home.
We come from different worlds — marketing, social media, business consulting, entrepreneurship, fashion, hospitality, finance, and tech — but we’re united by a love for Caribbean excellence, great service, and meaningful connection.
Having lived abroad for over 15 years, we’ve experienced the gold standard of international customer service and now bring that same level of care, polish, and professionalism to our home in Trinidad & Tobago. From college days at La Quinta Inn in Orlando (and those unexpected timeshare seminars!) to honeymooning at the Four Seasons in Bora Bora, we’ve seen the full spectrum of hospitality. We’ve stayed at gorgeous all-inclusives in Mexico, rustic retreats in Jamaica, spontaneous escapes to St. Lucia, and chic modern hotels in St. Maarten and Barbados — each experience shaping our understanding of what it means to make people feel welcome, valued, and seen.
Beyond business, we’re island souls at heart — lovers of the beach, Carnival, amazing food, and great vibes. We’re parents who balance school runs with strategy calls, beach days with deadlines, and business goals with family game nights. We lead active lifestyles, with a shared love for sports — from football and cricket to swimming and basketball — and we find balance through dance, Pilates, yoga, and the occasional spa day. We also love exploring, shopping both locally and abroad, and discovering the best in fashion, beauty, and design.
